Kamil has been involved in the hospitality industry for many years. He gained his knowledge and expertise not only by managing restaurant projects, but also by consulting numerous restaurants and hotels on operations, business development, and service quality improvement. His passion for gastronomy, industry expertise, and attention to detail form the foundation of Baltic Heaven’s philosophy.
Barbara spent many years building her experience in logistics and operations management, ensuring the smooth functioning of teams and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
